It is the first mutation that is applied by a crop rather than by a weather event: an adjacent Star Fruit plant occasionally rolls Glow onto neighbouring crops at a 1% chance on harvest and 0.1% during growth.
How to farm it. Buy a Star Fruit seed (315M Sheckles / 1,899 Robux, 0.12% Seed Shop restock chance), plant it next to your target crops, and harvest normally — Glow will occasionally trigger during the Star Fruit's night-time beam animation. Because Star Fruit is Super-rarity and its own restock is rare, Glow is one of the harder Legendary mutations to farm in volume even though the trigger itself has no cooldown or weather requirement.
On single-harvest crops the effective multiplier drops to 11.35x instead of 70x (formula: 1 + (70 - 1) * 0.15). Multi-harvest crops get the full 70x.
