Aurora is a crop mutation in Grow a Garden 2 with a 90x Sheckles multiplier on sell value at harvest, making it one of the highest-value mutations in the game (well above Rainbow at 40x). It was added in the Aurora Event Update on June 20, 2026 and is applied by the Aurora Borealis weather event: while that event is active, random crops have a chance (about 1%, with a 0.1% chance for the huge variant) to gain the Aurora mutation. Aurora does not stack with other mutations. The 90x figure is community-tested via the GAG2 Fandom wiki and matches Beebom; it has not been confirmed by official sources.
