Robin is a Legendary pet available from the Common Egg (2.86% hatch chance) or for 75,000 Sheckles -- one of the more accessible Legendary pets. It is one of two harvester pets alongside Monkey.
Robin creates a self-sustaining farming loop: it trashes ripe fruit and drops new seeds (usually common or uncommon), so your garden replenishes itself while you are away. Compare with Monkey, which delivers fruit directly for selling -- Robin trades immediate sell value for long-term seed generation. Note that Robin only activates while you are in your own garden.
