Bear is a Mythic-rarity defender pet in Grow a Garden 2, added on June 20, 2026. It has a roughly 0.225% chance to spawn anywhere on the map, where it can be purchased for 5,000,000 Sheckles. It can also be hatched from an Epic Egg, with about a 9% chance. As a defender, Bear protects your garden by tackling intruders, pinning them down, and then throwing them away, which makes it useful against players stealing during the night phase. Bear can rarely spawn with a pet mutation. Grow a Garden 2 has two pet mutations -- Big Bear and Huge Bear -- a rare appearance change that boosts the pet's effect. The Big mutation roughly doubles a pet's passive boost (for example a normal Bunny gives +5 speed, a Big Bunny +10), and Huge is even rarer.
