Overview
Bear is a Mythic defender pet added June 20, 2026. It spawns at roughly 0.225% chance, costs 5,000,000 Sheckles, or hatches from an Epic Egg at about 9% chance -- the most expensive defender to acquire.
Bear is the most physically disruptive defender: its tackle-pin-throw combo physically removes intruders from your garden, unlike Bee (control reversal) or Ice Serpent (freeze). The increasing tackle radius with variant size (4/6/8 studs) makes larger Bears harder to dodge. Best for players who want aggressive, high-impact garden defense.

Bear can rarely spawn with a pet mutation. Grow a Garden 2 has two pet mutations -- Big Bear and Huge Bear -- a rare appearance change that boosts the pet's effect. The Big mutation roughly doubles a pet's passive boost (for example a normal Bunny gives +5 speed, a Big Bunny +10), and Huge is even rarer.
