Tulip is a single-harvest farming crop returning from Grow a Garden 1. It was mentioned in Do Big Leaks alongside Horned Melon as a returning crop. Pre-release review content confirms it as a GAG1 returnee, not a new addition. In GAG1, tulip (commonly referred to as Orange Tulip) was Uncommon rarity with a seed price of approximately 450 sheckles and a base sell value of approximately 767 sheckles. It was one of the fastest-growing crops in GAG1, rivaling carrot at approximately 7 seconds growth time, but had one of the lowest base weights at approximately 0.03 kg. All of those figures are GAG1 references only. GAG2 rarity tier name, seed shop price, base sell value, base weight, and growth time all require in-game verification. Single harvest classification is based on GAG1 precedent.
