Horned Melon is a farming crop returning from Grow a Garden 1 and is mentioned in the Do Big Leaks pre-release information alongside Tulip. Pre-release review content confirms it as an existing GAG1 crop making its way into GAG2. In GAG1, Horned Melon was Mythical rarity and was exclusively obtainable via the Gardener Seed Pack, which required a seven-day daily quest streak, with a 17.39 percent drop chance from that pack. It was not available in the standard seed shop or for Robux. Whether the GAG2 version retains that exclusive acquisition method or becomes a regular seed shop item is unknown. Visually, Horned Melon is a round yellow fruit with spikes, inspired by the kiwano or African horned cucumber. All stats including rarity tier name, seed shop price, base sell value, harvest type, base weight, and growth time require in-game verification.
